The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set
forth below. Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates
your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order
indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your submittal of
any purchase order to Mile High Skates, LTD indicates acceptance of these terms
and conditions. These terms and conditions shall supersede any subsequent
terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such
terms or conditions are signed by Mile High Skates, LTD. Mile High Skates, LTD
reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and
conditions at anytime.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold
All of Mile High Skates, LTD's products are guaranteed against manufacturer
defects for 15 days from the date of the invoice. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED
HEREIN, MILE HIGH SKATES, LTD MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EITHER
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS SOLD ON THE
MILEHIGHSKATES.COM SITE. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN,
MILE HIGH SKATES, LTD EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS SOLD ON THIS SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT
LIMITED TO, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU AGREE
THAT THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO MILE HIGH SKATES, LTD ARISING
FROM ANY PRODUCT SOLD ON THE MILEHIGHSKATES.COM SITE SHALL BE THE PRICE OF
THE PRODUCT ORDERED. IN NO EVENT SHALL MILE HIGH SKATES, LTD, ITS DIRECTORS,
OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT,
CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RELATED TO PRODUCT SOLD.
Sales Taxes
Mile High Skates, LTD shall withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be
delivered to addresses within Colorado. Each customer shall be solely
responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any
other state.
Returns and Exchanges
Products may be returned to Mile High Skates, LTD for replacement or refund in the following manner:
Returns to Mile High Skates, LTD must be made within 15
days of the invoice date. After 15 days, you must make all returns directly
to the manufacturer of your product. Before returning any item, you must
contact our Customer Service Department for a Return Merchandise
Authorization number (RMA). No returns, of any type, will be accepted
without an RMA number. The RMA number is good for only one (1) item and must
match the product authorized for return. RMA numbers are valid for ten (10)
business days and all returns must be received within ten (10) days of obtaining
the RMA number. If you are returning a non-defective product that has been
opened, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. You are responsible for
all shipping costs. All refunds for non-defective items exclude shipping and
handling charges. Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed and
credited to your account. If you are seeking replacement of a defective
product, you must place a new order for the identical product. When
Mile High Skates, LTD receives the returned defective product, you will be
credited in full for the defective product. In order to receive a refund,
your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid.
All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all
warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Once an item has been visibly used or installed, it cannot be returned--NO EXCEPTIONS.
The original packing slip must be included and the
RMA number visible on the package. Any discrepancies could result in a delay
or partial forfeiture of your refund. There will be a $5.00 re-boxing fee

All returns must be sent via UPS, Federal Express, or any other courier that
issues a tracking number, any other means is at your own risk.

ANY PRODUCT SOLD ON THIS SITE SHALL BE THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT ORDERED. IN
NO EVENT SHALL MILE HIGH SKATES, LTD, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS,
EMPLOYEES AND REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT,
CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
Jurisdiction and Venue
Mile High Skates, LTD shall be governed by the laws of the
State of Colorado without regard to its conflict of law principles. You
agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from
your use of or orders made on the MileHighSkates.com sites shall be an
appropriate federal or state court located in Boulder County, Colorado.
